Obviously, the holiday market is seasonal and rental income during the summer months should be considerably higher than during the winter. However, during these out of season months Dimensions can market your property for Winter Lets, Company Lets or Student Lets. Alternatively, our Residential Lettings Team can market the property as a 5 month tenancy until the season begins again the following year.
